ENGLISH IGC-Law is a part of the IGC-Project (Icelandic Gigaword corpus) [https://igc.arnastofnun.is] that aims to collect as much as possible of Icelandic texts that can be published, under an open or restricted licence. IGC-Law contains 1) the Icelandic Law corpus, 2) explanatory reports and observations extracted from bills submitted to Althingi, and 3) parliamentary proposals and resolutions. Each corpus is published in two versions. IGC-Law contains plain text while IGC-Law.ana is a linguastically marked-up versiona. This version, 2410ext, is an extension to the version 22.10 [http://hdl.handle.net/20.500.12537/248]. The Icelandic Law Corpus is published as a whole, but only data from the years 2021-2023 for the other two sub-corpora. This corpus contains the annotated version of IGC-Law. The unannotated version can be found here: http://hdl.handle.net/20.500.12537/353.

 

ÍSLENSKA: IGC-Law er hluti af IGC-verkefninu (https://igc.arnastofnun.is) sem miðar að því að safna eins miklu og mögulegt er af íslenskum texta sem hægt er að gefa út með opnu eða takmörkuðu leyfi. Í IGC-Law er að finna 1) íslensk lög, 2) skýringar og athugasemdir úr frumvörpum sem lögð voru fyrir Alþingi og 3) þingsályktunartillögur og -ályktanir. IGC-Law inniheldur ótókaðan og ómarkaðan texta á meðan IGC-Law.ana er bæði tókuð og mörkuð. Þessi útgáfa, 2024ext, er viðbót við útgáfu 2022 [http://hdl.handle.net/20.500.12537/248]. Íslensku lögin eru endurútgefin í heild sinni en aðeins textar frá árunum 2021-2023 í tilfelli hinna tveggja undirmálheildanna. Þessi málheild inniheldur markaða útgáfu af IGC-Law.
